We're Not Coworkers, We're Family

Owners- Loren McKinney & Dean Flynn both began their RV Industry career years ago at the largest RV Service Center in the area. Loren was shop foreman while Dean was the main mechanic. Both are above average with their knowledge for RV's. Loren and Dean not only own Appalachian RV Repair they work right beside each of our technicians sharing their knowledge and love for the industry. Loren has transitioned from our mobile crew into the business operation side helping to ensure everything runs smoothly, Dean does mechanical work in our shop. Both have their RVTI Certification and are always continuing their education with various Dometic, LCI, RVTI and Suburban courses. If you're looking for honest and loyal guys, here they are! To these guys, you're not just a customer, you're a friend.

Scott

Scott (right) is a parts guru! When we need to identify or locate a part, he's the one to call. Besides being our parts guru, Scott is the shop comedian! He always keeps us smiling and enjoying work. Scott came to work with Appalachian RV Repair when the doors first opened. He has helped us to build a great business and is a huge asset to the team. He has worked in the RV industry for many years, coming to us from the largest RV service center in the area.

Marvin

Marvin (left), the rebuild king around here, has been with us for quite a while. We wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of our customers roofing or rebuild needs. Marvin does not quit until the job is absolutely perfect. Marvin began his journey in the RV repair industry almost 20 years ago at one of the largest RV repair companies in the area. We are grateful for the hard work that Marvin puts in everyday!

Hayden

Hayden has experience welding as well as courses he has taken with RVTI, Dometic and LCI. Hayden's experience includes Air Conditioners, Furnaces, Awnings, Appliances, Electrical, and Roof Maintenance, Diesel Service and Chassis Service. Hayden transitioned from our mobile crew into our shop to assist with engine and generator service as well as chassis service. Hayden is a valuable part of the team, and we are lucky to have him.

Aaron

Aaron came to us from another RV repair center and has also worked for a large local RV repair center. Aaron has experience in the technical side of the RV repair industry such as: AC repair, furnace repair, various appliances, LP components and more. Aaron works on one of our mobile RV repair units keeping customers on the road to their next adventure. We are grateful to have Aaron and his experience on our team!

Dylan

Dylan came to us with electrical, HVAC, and general engine experience. We are grateful to have someone like Dylan that's so eager to learn the trade. Dylan works in the rebuild shop with Marvin repairing/replacing roofs, rebuilding slides, metal bodywork, and more. Dylan is always eager to work!

Tyler

Tyler is our newest addition to the team. He came to us January 2025 and has joined our mobile service team. He is quickly learning the ins & outs of RV repair. We lucky to have Tyler and can't wait to see him learn the RV repair business.
